I'll start with a confession...
My name is Shirly Hovav, and I love 'old things'. One could even say that if I could, I would choose to be born several hundred years ago, in a time when handcrafting was common in all traditions.
I opened my office in 2008, a one-woman show specializing in building conservation. I see those who choose to work in this field as having a romantic and even nostalgic soul, seeking to restore the glory of the past.
Shirly Hovav Architecture and Conservation Firm uniquely combines two fields in architecture: Conservation of buildings and Interior Design.
The conservative approach deals with the diverse aspects of the conservation and restoration field; historical and architectural documentation, architectural planning for historical buildings and sites - with the purpose of preserving the historical, cultural, and architectural heritage of the past and integrating it into modern life.

Interior design projects reflect the innermost desires of each client - whether it's a yearning for a penthouse in the 'White City', a villa overlooking the historic vista of Caesarea, a luxurious penthouse in high-rise towers, or a residence in the ancient city - a variety of options for planning a unique dream home that aligns with their worldview will be presented.
The integration of client requirements with the obstacles of reality is meticulously addressed in every project, aiming to fulfill each client's personal dream.
Among our projects: preparation of documentation portfolios and conservation planning in Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Petah Tikva, and Rehovot. Interior Design of luxury apartments and residential homes across the country; Caesarea, Tel Aviv, Netanya and Ramat Gan.
